It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Asana is super easy to use, fun with all the colors and functionality and helps keep me on track.

Pleasant interface, great potential, but there are other (free) programs that do more and have better integrations for Project Management.

The iPhone app is fantastic and an absolute must. The ability to connect the inside teams and outside teams together is a huge help.

This can be frustrating because you are only able to see conflicting requirements in the Timeline view.

It can be confusing - and overwhelming. So many features that you can get lost just in features.

When I miss a task with a repeating due date, in order to bring it current it appears I have to mark it complete for every day that was missed. This can be tedious when coming back from a vacation.

Asana has been an amazing tool for keeping our processes efficient and transparent, and we've set up teams shared with some clients so that they too can be aware of our progress on their projects.

I hate missing my deadlines and it's annoying to see those subtasks that keep going back even when they're marked complete.

As a community manager and strategist and sole contributor, having a robust task tracker is essential so that I can be successful at my job.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

I like the ease of use, fun colors, and the simplicity of creating projects and tasks.

I would say I am happy overall. Great product and have got the customer support whenever I needed.

The ability to switch a project from columns to lists to calendar with ease. The customer service is incredible.

This software is great to use for entry-level positions and it's good to use in conjunction with other ATS.

Identifying low and mid level technology is easy in this which helped us recently to fill lot of desktop roles which was open recently. Also we can find lot of customer service professionals as well.

Data pool is low, only the candidates who upload there resume are available. Also there is no authencity about the data available.

They have in house training seminars and support and everything that has to do with technical support is easily available and ready to help you in the job searching, and recruiting functions.

I have used Carrier Builder Applicant Tracking when I helped recruit interns at WSU. It is simply an amazing software, where everything is streamlined and perfectly organized.

I love how it caught viruses other programs didn't, and I like it so much I made it my active protection and paid for it.

Could lead to going with a lower priced service.

You are able to narrow down your search but it serves its need with tracking candidates and employees. It's a useful tool and worth the cost.

For my business, and personal time to fill on requisitions, CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking has been pretty awesome.

Ease of posting  job reks, decent database of IT resumes,  and can integrate with our JobDiva ATS tool.

The thing I like most about applicant tracking is the notifications.

Using Boolean commands to look for candidates is hard to master at first.

Pretty good search engine for finding resumes with contact info. Great for searching for contact info for a candidate you already have name for.

The ease of access and visibility on the webpage are second to none. The user friendly webpage layout, made navigating very easy and effective.

When we elected to pause the service, we were still charged, even though we had documentation that we elected not to have the service. It ended up being a nasty fight with disputing charges, etc.

Reviewing resumes and applications are faster with CareerBuilder. The software is user friendly, time saver, and best job board in searching for candidates with niche skills.
