Since we started using it, so many things have changed: Ashby has added a ton of new features, and they're constantly growing and improving. The prices are still great compared to other similar ATS platforms. Their interface is incredibly user-friendly. It was very easy to implement, and it supports integrations with a lot of the apps we use on a daily basis, such as Hireflix, ZInc, etc. Even though they don't have live chat support, their email support is really helpful. Cons: I'm not sure there's anything we don't like about Ashby. If we have to say something, maybe the customer support response sometimes takes too long, but they do respond within a reasonable time.
