I like Assembled for its intuitive and easy-to-navigate features. It allows me to have complete visibility over my team, especially since we are all working remotely.

I liked that Assembled enabled us to grow our customer support team from 250 to 1000, without having to grow our workforce management team. It's bulletproof and doesn't break.

It has been great, Assembled team really cares and are always ready to help.

As a small management team this tool allows you to set up quickly and not worry about if it is working.

It's also great for fielding, tracking and managing PTO requests from a quickly growing team.

I I also don't like not being able to move tasks up and down on the schedule.

The only thing that bothers me is the missing feature of finding the invoices within the platform. The invoice does get send to you, so you can always find it in the email.
