I like Assembled for its intuitive and easy-to-navigate features. It allows me to have complete visibility over my team, especially since we are all working remotely.

I liked that Assembled enabled us to grow our customer support team from 250 to 1000, without having to grow our workforce management team. It's bulletproof and doesn't break.

It has been great, Assembled team really cares and are always ready to help.

As a small management team this tool allows you to set up quickly and not worry about if it is working.

It's also great for fielding, tracking and managing PTO requests from a quickly growing team.

We liked that Assembled had all the integrations we were looking for and the features our business needed without being overly complicated or requiring a long commitment to get it up and running.

The whole Assembled team is super great to work with - very responsive, reasonably flexible, receptive to feedback, and quick to help.

I I also don't like not being able to move tasks up and down on the schedule.

I find difficult with the real-time tab sometimes because of the status not syncing properly.

Great product that is backed up by an even greater support team.

Very intuitive to learn. The team is constantly making improvements and adding features, so the software is getting more useful.

A lot of tools can create schedules, but I don't know of another tool out there that helps plan the operations of a world-class support team.

Adding and editing time blocks is a bit clunky to me.

Support is really good and everyone that works in Assembled is super nice and always willing to help. A fantastic piece of software, overall.

Out of the box I believe this is the best WFM product for any company needing a user friendly platform which integrates with Zendesk.

The only thing that bothers me is the missing feature of finding the invoices within the platform. The invoice does get send to you, so you can always find it in the email.

It's very usable and fast. I couldn't find anything at fault with this app.

It helps my Leads maintain coverage across our channels seamlessly, reallocate bandwidth, and share out schedules.

Assembled helped us thanks to its amazing forecasting, which has proven to be extremely accurate, and how robust the scheduling options are.

We take that time and invest it back in our people who are helping our customers everyday. The forecast is getting more on more accurate, even with something as volatile as live chat.

I haven't found any aspects that I don't like about Assembled yet.

The features are easy to understand and navigate and the reporting helps me paint a picture of my team members' adherence.

The software is really easy to use, looks great and doesn't disrupt our support agents. It fits in seamlessly with their day-to-day operations, which is a game changer.

The tool is newer, so the UI can be a bit confusing. There's also a bit of a learning curve when you start using it.

For the cost of the tool, it's definitely the best 'bang for your buck' in terms of WFM tools, the available features and seamless integration with Zendesk tools.

The main benefit I get from Assembled is the ability for the whole team to have visibility on who's doing what and when. It makes it super easy for keeping the whole team organised.

It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

Excellent product, great features and functionality for paid subscribers, integrates well with other platforms.

It makes it so easy to choose a template and edit the questions. I also love the layout of the results - they are easy to read at a glance and are formatted great.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.
