"The product still has value because it addresses centralizing payroll, time attendance, benefits and compliance reminders for workforce administration, and features such as time attendance can genuinely help if the internal process is simple, stable and well defined from the beginning."

"I spoke with a salesperson about my company's desire to secure a payroll company that provides in-house payroll management and support but I was tricked into purchasing what is essentially a lower quality version of OnPay with a time sheet module."
