Pros/Cons
Pros
- Prices are very competitive, word of mouth was great and from multiple sources. Offers live trainings with wonderful information, very inclusive platforms.
- Experience has been great. Implementation team has been responsive and helpful with all the setup.
- We've had a very good experience. We've use Asure to do payroll in our small business for sometime now and are very happy with it.
Cons
- No one seems to know what anyone else is doing or what is going on and the lack of communication is awful.
- Lack of response from anyone there. Lack of follow up when asking and paying for custom reports, takes over 2 months to get one file created that we need.
- Adding columns to view different categories is a bit confusing and trying it cut a separate Vacation Payout check should be easier to do.
Pros
- Easy to use, great price, and an easy to reach, helpful, friendly customer service department.
- The ease of use of this software is outstanding. With previous company's I had to have help setting it up and had to call to get help with questions about how to do basic tasks.
- Compared to some of the bigger names out there in the accounting world, Patriot does it all at an amazing price point, with a super easy interface, and excellent customer support.
Cons
- When I started using the service was a little bit hard to understand because you need to explore by yourself the software and I was scared to make a mistake.
- I hated the lack of reports, unable to change paydate if date has passed, lack of free support, documentation, videos, customized reports.
- You need 4 full business days before an actual pay, so: if I run payroll after noon on Monday, it's a problem; If there is a holiday in the week, it's a problem.
