Pros/Cons
Pros
- Prices are very competitive, word of mouth was great and from multiple sources. Offers live trainings with wonderful information, very inclusive platforms.
- Experience has been great. Implementation team has been responsive and helpful with all the setup.
- We've had a very good experience. We've use Asure to do payroll in our small business for sometime now and are very happy with it.
Cons
- No one seems to know what anyone else is doing or what is going on and the lack of communication is awful.
- Lack of response from anyone there. Lack of follow up when asking and paying for custom reports, takes over 2 months to get one file created that we need.
- Adding columns to view different categories is a bit confusing and trying it cut a separate Vacation Payout check should be easier to do.
Pros
- The system is easy to use and is full of helpful information to ensure our business is on track and compliant. There are helpful FAQ's that allow you to navigate to any report you need.
- I love paychex flex and the payroll services is excellent and highly recommended, I love it a lot an will continue to use and support these services.
- Love that it keeps up with the time. Facial recognition has been integrated for the users and that is wonderful.
Cons
- 3 Weeks after cancelling no one called and they had the audacity to not only try and bill us but add charges because they tried to pull from our bank for payroll and we cut them off.
- Therefore, the PTO is always wrong. The option is available to take the PTO off of pay stubs, but the wrong amount of PTO is still visible on everyone’s individual accounts.
- The value of the product for features offered and lack of customer service provided is unacceptable when newer offerings are available.
