  • Pros

  • The reporting functions are super useful, it’s easy to build a report fast based on what I need and it is self explanatory.
  • It is easy to use and easy to view all of the clients information with just a click or two.
  • Cons

  • Some minor features that seem obvious to us are missing.
  • Not major but something that caught us off guard. There is no reporting feature to find 'time to hire.

  • Integration with Slack is great for our organization. Appreciate that everyone can participate and that the rewards offer something for everyone.
  • It's amazing to see how much everyone wants to acknowledge and appreciate other coworkers and the interface is wonderful.
  • Cons

  • At this point I have not run across any issues, that I am unhappy with.
  • I dislike how you have to select one of the preset hashtags in your comment.
