  • Pros

  • Video conferencing within the tool is amazing. Video Conferencing feature is a great way to collaborate with co-workers in other offices, ensuring all teams and departments are organized and informed.
  • Tech support is AMAZING. Our implementation team was wonderful, and continues to be a great partnership.
  • You keep improving the product. I am impressed with how it gets better with every release.
  • Cons

  • Don't just look at the software, look at the company behind it. There are competitors of Avionte that have a reputation of suing their customers and being sued by their customers.
  • We hated that our leadership chose to host the solution instead of going with the cloud base solutions. It was costly and it was very inefficient for us.
  • It's lack of a reporting tool and dashboards. It's extremely frustrating that I can't build my own reports and incur a fee to have one built.

  • Overall I am pleased with the ease of the Bullhorn software. As a recruiter if offers a good recording & documentation system, along with multiple ways to keep candidates organized.
  • I like that the software is highly customizable, user friendly, and reasonably priced. Every time I have reached out to tech support they have been responsible and helpful.
  • I think Bullhorm has a great user interface which makes the software really easy to use. I also like it offers a good range of integrations with third parties.
  • Cons

  • The communication was poor- their billing team are based in the US and there was no acknowledgement of the mistake. My initial consultant chased them down for me, and advised me of their error.
  • We only found out when we contacted them with the issue - crazy bad execution on their part.
  • The customer service is horrible - honestly the worst I've ever seen.
