Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Has a back office integrated. Very easy to learn and use right away. Literally a few minutes and someone can start using. Customer service is awesome.

  • I like the ease of use and customization. I was able to customize the system to maximize efficiency. It's so easy to train new recruiters when onboarding.

  • Cons

  • I can't really say that I have suggestions for improvement.

  • Nothing rely, Sometimes the support is a little slow to complete tickets, however a support rep is with you to help you out.

  • Pros

  • I love how simple it is for our team to request holidays and to monitor sick days also. The interface is nice too.

  • UX, simplicity of usage, nice colors, great customer support.

  • Cons

  • The web interface was a little messy but they’ve mostly fixed this now and cleaned it up. I usually use the mobile app anyway which has always had a clean interface.

  • There have one or two minor glitches over the period we've used the service. These have, however, been dealt with very quickly and efficiently on those rare occasions.
