Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Has a back office integrated. Very easy to learn and use right away. Literally a few minutes and someone can start using. Customer service is awesome.

  • I like the ease of use and customization. I was able to customize the system to maximize efficiency. It's so easy to train new recruiters when onboarding.

  • Cons

  • I can't really say that I have suggestions for improvement.

  • Nothing rely, Sometimes the support is a little slow to complete tickets, however a support rep is with you to help you out.

  • Pros

  • The interface was nice, I liked that I could see any notes or positions that I was scheduled for. It was easy to switch shifts with others.

  • I loved the feature of swapping shifts with other coworkers. It was very user friendly and provided great solutions for when I was a server at a very busy restaurant.

  • Cons

  • Software is great however it is a little pricey for what it does. Dont get me wrong its great but just a hair high

  • While the logs are indeed a huge selling point, you do pay for them. The price would definitely be prohibitive for a small operation.
