Pros/Cons
Pros
- Video conferencing within the tool is amazing. Video Conferencing feature is a great way to collaborate with co-workers in other offices, ensuring all teams and departments are organized and informed.
- Tech support is AMAZING. Our implementation team was wonderful, and continues to be a great partnership.
- You keep improving the product. I am impressed with how it gets better with every release.
Cons
- Don't just look at the software, look at the company behind it. There are competitors of Avionte that have a reputation of suing their customers and being sued by their customers.
- We hated that our leadership chose to host the solution instead of going with the cloud base solutions. It was costly and it was very inefficient for us.
- It's lack of a reporting tool and dashboards. It's extremely frustrating that I can't build my own reports and incur a fee to have one built.
Pros
- Quick book payroll, this online payroll is super interesting and amazing actually this one is among the best.
- Very great customer support for any help you need, their team has all the answers. Nathan was a great guy to work with.
- I really like Quickbooks, it is super easy to use, and keeps everything organized for my business. All in all I would recommend it.
Cons
- There is nothing that I can think of that I dislike about the system that is not due to user error.
- Customer service is bad, you are ditched when there is an issue and you are on your own.
- There was no easy way to escalate a problem to a supervisor. They made a filing, reporting and underpayment error on my ny state tax for 3 consecutive quarters.
