Some minor features that seem obvious to us are missing.

The reporting functions are super useful, it’s easy to build a report fast based on what I need and it is self explanatory.

It is easy to use and easy to view all of the clients information with just a click or two.

Not major but something that caught us off guard. There is no reporting feature to find 'time to hire.

Tech support is AMAZING. Our implementation team was wonderful, and continues to be a great partnership.

Buy it, it's good software at a very solid price ... software moves fast and elegant and not overloaded with features we don't need.

The ease of pulling specific reports and the ability to contact candidates and employees through mass email is very helpful.

We hated that our leadership chose to host the solution instead of going with the cloud base solutions. It was costly and it was very inefficient for us.

Reporting is very convoluted, you have to combine many queries, export in order to get some basic key data. Lack of API is frustrating.

I like the ability to navigate between employees and customers. I also enjoy the fact that are notes are date and time stamped.

Don't just look at the software, look at the company behind it. There are competitors of Avionte that have a reputation of suing their customers and being sued by their customers.

The support team is horrible. I have tickets open I submitted last week that have not had a single response.

I have enjoyed my experience, and haven’t run into any serious qualms. I think the program does what it sets out to do.

There's less and less I like as days go by. I like that I am able to integrate the Job Board and Customer Portal to my website.

NOT an ATS system - difficult to parse resume's, difficult to enter orders, you have to go to a different screen for every little thing.

Employee documents can be a mess when the employee is longstanding or has had multiple jobs.

Because we are no longer just a local staffing provider, we found ourselves unable to keep up with the vast amount of changes without Avionte.

Unemployment Module- completely barebones, only 2 reports exist when this type of reporting is crucial to business operations.

The counter feature is great so you can narrow in where your bottle necks are.

They were able to develop solutions and then improve upon them quickly. In addition, they are constantly looking for new partners to add to the service suite.

Avionte can often be slow and stagnant. Avionte can be very difficult to navigate as it is not the most user-friendly software.

Avionte is best for perm work flows, and the customizable dashboard is appreciated by most staff so they can easily track what is most important to them.

If you had or having these problems with system as we did , we moved it to server host company called Intellipath at intellipath.com out of Indiana.

It's been four days and there has been no update, my email and phone calls are now being ignored.

At the current time, I currently do not have any particular cons or anything negative to say or to share.

Best thing about CareerBuilder is the ability for them to integrate with many different applicant tracking systems.

It always gives me what Im looking for and Im really amaze how this software exceed my expectations. A really useful software and its surely a great investment.

This software is great to use for entry-level positions and it's good to use in conjunction with other ATS.

Identifying low and mid level technology is easy in this which helped us recently to fill lot of desktop roles which was open recently. Also we can find lot of customer service professionals as well.

Data pool is low, only the candidates who upload there resume are available. Also there is no authencity about the data available.

They have in house training seminars and support and everything that has to do with technical support is easily available and ready to help you in the job searching, and recruiting functions.

I have used Carrier Builder Applicant Tracking when I helped recruit interns at WSU. It is simply an amazing software, where everything is streamlined and perfectly organized.

I love how it caught viruses other programs didn't, and I like it so much I made it my active protection and paid for it.

Could lead to going with a lower priced service.

You are able to narrow down your search but it serves its need with tracking candidates and employees. It's a useful tool and worth the cost.

For my business, and personal time to fill on requisitions, CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking has been pretty awesome.

Ease of posting  job reks, decent database of IT resumes,  and can integrate with our JobDiva ATS tool.

The thing I like most about applicant tracking is the notifications.

Using Boolean commands to look for candidates is hard to master at first.

Pretty good search engine for finding resumes with contact info. Great for searching for contact info for a candidate you already have name for.

The ease of access and visibility on the webpage are second to none. The user friendly webpage layout, made navigating very easy and effective.

When we elected to pause the service, we were still charged, even though we had documentation that we elected not to have the service. It ended up being a nasty fight with disputing charges, etc.

Reviewing resumes and applications are faster with CareerBuilder. The software is user friendly, time saver, and best job board in searching for candidates with niche skills.
