Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Has a back office integrated. Very easy to learn and use right away. Literally a few minutes and someone can start using. Customer service is awesome.

  • I like the ease of use and customization. I was able to customize the system to maximize efficiency. It's so easy to train new recruiters when onboarding.

  • Cons

  • I can't really say that I have suggestions for improvement.

  • Nothing rely, Sometimes the support is a little slow to complete tickets, however a support rep is with you to help you out.

  • Pros

  • It is user friendly and easy to access in terms of navigation.The kind of solutions it has for all our employees who work different hours , days is fantastic.

  • Excellent customer service. There is always someone willing to help you, and they will actually followup on their help. Never had a company that will actually do that for you.

  • Cons

  • Report creation is not hard once you get the hang of it, but it takes a little messing around the first time you attempt to create a custom report. Once done, however, it is very useful.

  • Has some issues working with Mobile devices. Could use better reporting functionality. Otherwise, it does what is needed.
