AwardCo. is exactly what we needed and more!
I initially started looking for a new partner after hitting wall after wall where we were. We wanted to connect our swag store on Spotify to our loyalty platform so our sales reps could use their loyalty currency to purchase merch and AwardCo. made it happen when seemingly no one else could! They also helped to modernize our program, our reps love the ability to shout each other out on the Feed!
PROSWorking with AwardCo has been incredible for Day 1. I sourced them out after running into issue after issue with our previous loyalty platform provider and it has been the best decision! They helped us break through walls in our program we had been up against for years!
CONSI know it's a good process to specialize in sales, onboarding and then Account Management, but it's never a simple transition between company contacts. That being said, we often get sold on a product only to discover the follow through isn't there. That's not the case with AwardCo., every contact we've worked with there has been incredible!
Reasons for switching to Awardco
As I said above, our provider offered great customer service, but the platform limitations were preventing our program from growing and impacting engagement & adoption from our sales reps.

Kudo Rewards
Awardco is very rewarding and what's even better is when its the end of the year and seeing a difference you have made in assisting certain members.
PROSthe different options of what you can buy with your points.
CONSI would say the fact of not knowing if you are getting something new or refurbished in regard to cell phones.

Awardco is pretty awesome!
I love having AWARDCO available. I have used to get many items as a treat to myself

Company decision. They informed us in advance we were changing and we had to use up our points, but we had very few items to choose from. All company LOGO items. I used mine up and gave away many items, as I had 2 or 3 of the same

Great way to reward employees
I appreciate how easy the site layout is to navigate.
CONSI am not able to see the amount of points I have left to reward my teammates. If this was easily displayed from my Manager view, I would be able to better distribute the points to my team quarterly.

I like it
I think it's a great way to let an employee know how well they are doing their job. Or to reward them for a specific contribution.
CONSI don't like how it counts as income for the employee and shows up on their paystub. So they are taxed for it.

Awardco review
Overall, I really appreciate the support that I get. My CSM would always get back to me and explain things further, if I needed.I feel that it is easy to use and things are not complicated to do. Steps for each process aren't too difficult.
PROSOur company chose Awardco because of it's ease of use and the option of shopping directly on Amazon. Gift cards are great choices, but sometimes people will not use them, so allowing shopping and having it shipped to your house was a great choice. Giving a recognition is a few easy steps and we wanted something that was easy for all our employees to be able to do.
CONSWhen we were in the transition phase of setting this up, there was an organized project management tool used, which we never used before. We had some hiccups with it, but then we received guidance and it went smoother.I will say that we had been handed over to some different people over time, which I understand that people change positions, but some of the communication differed. Sometimes finding the info you may need, such as a certain report, can be a little challenging.
Reason for choosing Awardco
We chose Awardco because at the time, it was reasonably priced. It offered easy steps for everyone to use it.We really liked the option of shopping on Amazon. We felt that it was a more modern offer than others.

Must have for engagement!
With employees spread further apart than ever due to remote work, Awardco has helped bridge some of the issues that occurred by a providing them a platform to engage and recognize each other.
PROSIntegration was an easy process. The ability to have multiple programs is great so that you can offer a variety of ways for employees to interact. The product is easy to use from an admin’s perspective as well as an end user. The options for awards is ever growing and there is literally something for everyone. The ability to offer charities is a huge plus since it allows employees to feel like they are making a difference. Another option that is great is the ability to have local businesses offered as rewards. A lot of employees like to help build their communities and this is a great way.
CONSBeing able to see approvals and denials as the leader would be nice. The ability to look back and review is always helpful. The reporting functionality had gotten more robust but there are still a few abilities that would be nice.

The greatness of Awardco
Overall I have had an amazing experience with Awardco. I have received awards and giving awards that would have normally been dismissed as normal day to day activities. It’s the recognition of these task that make people more likely to give more effort.
PROSAwardco is just a great overall program. The overall setup is easy to use both to navigate the site, give awards, or to redeem points. With this program you can recognize people for the little things we feel go unnoticed both improving moral and overall production.
CONSProbably only the ability to search for more products on the Amazon tab.

Great Employee Apprciation Tool
I work from home in a call center and all of my employees are at home, too. We hire across the United States, so I may never get to meet my people in person. Awardco helps bridge that gap. It's a great tool to send daily/weekly/monthly recognition to show your people from afar that you care. Also, my boss has the ability to do that same for me in my role. It's easy to use and I love that it's connected to Amazon as there is a fulfillment center right down the street from me. Shipping is quick and if there is an issue, the customer service team is on top of it.
CONSThe reporting is good, but could be more efficient. I wish that there were options to set notifications when someone hasn't been recognized in a while. You could set your own threshold like 1 week or 1 month so that you can easily log in and acknowledge the employee.

A Valuable Employee Engagement and Recognition Tool
Our new Awardco system is an amazing asset! The new system is very quick and easy to use to recognize our company's corporate employees. It takes much less time to utilize the new system than it did to submit recognition under the old platform. You can also submit recognition for multiple employees at the same time for team members collaborating on a project together. The Awardco feed is a dynamic tool to gauge the pulse of our company and its employees. It is a great way for me to keep in touch with what is going on in our organization. I can see who has been recognized for demonstrating our core values and interact with them by offering congratulatory messages and kudos for their outstanding work and contributions. Positive reinforcement increases the likelihood that the desired behavior will continue and be strengthened across our organization. The new system also allows me the opportunity to actively engage with employees who have recent birthdays and work anniversaries in real time. I believe the efficiency and simplicity of our new Awardco system have facilitated a significant increase in employee recognition and engagement.
PROSI love the ease of use of the system and how quickly a nomination can occur for employees and supervisors.
CONSThe hardest part about the new platform is only deciding what item or items to spend any earned ENCORE points on. The options are limitless!

I love AWARDCO!
I love being able to earn points on this platform. It really makes me feel appreciated and acknowledged. This is an awesome platform for any employer to have.

CONSThe only thing that I feel takes a little bit a time getting used to is how to search for items when it comes to redeeming your points. I have definitely been able to redeem my points on some great things which are usually gifts for my family. I just wish that everything that was on Amazon was also on award coat but I understand completely. Great Rewards
I love Awardco. It allows my company to reward me for participating in activities like their health program or site activities like dressing up for Halloween. I get bonuses for my anniversary, customer service week, and the holiday season. There is a great variety to gift cards you can get. I frequently use the Amazon one to help get little things that I wouldn't normally buy for myself. It's a great little supplement to my income.I look forward to getting points and use them almost as soon as I get them. I love the program!!!

Awardco Review
Awardco allowed our organization to take manual recognition processes and transition them to digital. This saves hours of work for many employees. It is also easier for employees to receive their recognitions in real time.
PROSAwardco makes it easy for multiple levels of recognition to be provided in a large organization. Our peer recognitions have tripled since implementation which increases employee engagement. There is a wide variety of choices for employees to pick from when they would like to use their points.
CONSWe are enjoying using Awardco and do not see any cons at this time.

We love Awardco!
The Awardco team has all been very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Our employees love the fact that they can use their points to purchase gift cards and get items directly from Amazon. Our supervisors/managers like being able to publicly recognize their employees any time they want, even if its without awarding points.
PROSWe love the redemption options. There are so many more options than the last program we offered.
CONSThere aren't a lot of options in the company store (that you don't have to pay to have), and the options they do have are a bit on the spendy side for our employees.

I love Awardco!
My overall experience with Awardco has been great. I like to see that my coworkers appreciate the small details I try and do for them.
PROSI like how easy it is to recognize someone for something they did and that other's can see it as well. Makes you feel good when you send it and when you see that someone recognized the efforts you put into you job. I like how the points let you get things that you really want instead of something that you will never use again.
CONSIf you could add GIF to the Awardco process that would be cool. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.
