The Customer Service / Support personnel that I've interacted with via the Live Chat have been wonderful - very professional, courteous, quickly available, and always answer my questions.

It is very user friendly and displays the awards very nicely. Employees have been very happy with this new program.

I have used points before. But it’s hard to earn points because management is frugal with spending them.

I hate doing surveys and being asked to report.

I like having a place to recognize fellow co-workers. I like the Amazon integration with our company gear included.

Also, my boss has the ability to do that same for me in my role. It's easy to use and I love that it's connected to Amazon as there is a fulfillment center right down the street from me.

A few errors with that we come across sometimes when feeding the system with company's data.

In comparison with other ATS system Breezy is visually appealing and gives you a good understanding of the overall recruitment. My favorite feature is the Integrated Video feature.

Breezy HR was a huge help and we succeeded finding the people we need. The integrations they have were also very useful.

And, when I have had a question, their online chat service has been great - very responsive.

Also dislike the BUG that occurs almost 100% of the time when scheduling mtgs -- the bug states 'ERROR' when no error has occurred.

Some of the automated features are great and help save time. When reviewing a high number of applicants, saving time is very important.

I like how when candidates reply to an email with attachment, the attachments are automatically stored as documents. But what I love most about Breezy is their support team.

The comprehensive service offering and functionality of the software make it a great solution for us and our needs.

Breezy HR is a great option for smaller teams. If a team is currently relying on their email for open positions, then they offer a free trial for one role which is awesome.

Some settings are too complex. When we delete an island and upload its information again, it gives an error.

I've used many Applicant Tracking Systems in my career, and I've been very pleased with Breezy. Opening and posting jobs is super fast and pipeline management is easy.

I thought we had a decent system before but Breezy's internal automation and the opportunity for integrations with other apps is saving us so much time and help us find the absolute best candidates.

Very easy to use, easy to customise and we have the ability to provide great candidate care for a very reasonable price.

We liked the ability to use key features with the free version of the product. Being a non-profit we don't have a large budget for recruitment so they helped keep our costs down.

It goes down often, it's from last century , so many glitches, so many bizarre problems.

Implementing Breezy HR was easy - the team is smart, responsive, and fun to work with.

Who would have thought I wanted that. Furthermore, the ability to add talent you find throughout the internet to your talent pool is priceless.

Software was very user friendly, which is nice for someone like myself that is usually too busy to learn how to navigate a new program.

I have looked into a number of other ATS systems and could never justify the expense. The price of Breezy is fantastic for what we get out of it.

Still getting familiar with all of the bells and whistles but this platform is really exciting so far. The ability to customize the hiring experience to best fit our needs is a real plus.
