Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use. Great way to communicate within the company.

  • I love Awardco, it is very easy to use. I have had contact a couple of times with customer service and they are very helpful and prompt.

  • Cons

  • I wish there was a way to buy in to get more points. I needed 5 more points to get something I really wanted but I couldn't figure out how to pay up for more points.

  • I wish there were more details about the specific products

  • the customer service is excellent and very responsive. even though I don't need it very frequently, they are great to work with

  • Love the flexibility that we get with BrightMove. Anything we are looking to do or add to the system, they work with us on getting setup and implemented. The support team is awesome!

  • Cons

  • it is better than my IT skills . I get frustrated wishing I could know more do more . I wish I could email my entire data base not just 500 at a time. that would be very nice.

  • Not really sure if there is a feature that I do not like. The customer support has been very good as well. Not any negatives from my point of view.
