The Customer Service / Support personnel that I've interacted with via the Live Chat have been wonderful - very professional, courteous, quickly available, and always answer my questions.

It is very user friendly and displays the awards very nicely. Employees have been very happy with this new program.

I have used points before. But it’s hard to earn points because management is frugal with spending them.

I hate doing surveys and being asked to report.

A reporting options are horrible. From an accounting perspective, I am unable to get what I want.

All functionalities are available, useful for usage for any country. And what is most important - it is very intuitive.

This does mean, however, that the time accrued for PTO is not accurate, and while I have told my staff that the accurate accounting is on each paystub, they are frustrated by that.
