AWMS è un prodotto completo per la gestione della forza lavoro in tutte le sue sfumature (sicurezza, limitazioni, skill matrix, disponibilità macchina, programmazione attività, ecc..) Lo strumento permette, grazie alla sua flessibilità, di poter essere esteso al fine di gestire anche nuovi processi. La fase progettuale è ben seguita dai consulenti e permette di poter valutare nel dettaglio tutte le necessità.

Il software è senza dubbio utile per vedere nell'immediato i dati, veloce, intuitivo e completo. come detto sopra sarebbero da rivedere le impaginazioni dei vari export, soprattutto per quelle aziende che ad oggi si appoggiano molto su Excel. Nel complesso trovo AWMS un ottimo supporto per la gestione giornaliera delle risorse
