Bamboo is a great way to see HR related announcements and data in one central place. For someone who likes details, this software is great.

Obviously you can contact their great customer service team but this usually isn’t needed thanks to its simplicity and great clean layout.

For organisations implementing their first HRIS this is one of the best choices in terms of cost, ease of implementation and customer support.

Bamboo has a great UI, easy to manage and learn. Makes being able to submit time-off requests super easy.

Easy to integrate with other ATS & Payroll tools. Employee asset management is also fairly decent and does the job.

We had a terrible experience with the payroll feature. In particular, with the time keeping piece.

This is just a minor inconvenience though and ensures that mistakes are less likely.

It is a great HR Core/ Benefit product that is easy to integrate into account software and Time & Attendance via API's.

Just finding the correct fields you need for the reports is difficult and then figuring out how to merge or link them is even more difficult.

It also offers no reason why something isn't available to the user (such as out of enrollment window flag or similar). New hires are confused when something simply doesn't work.

It’s rare but when it is it’s an inconvenience. With the amount of employees it is a pain to have to manually put in everyone’s hours.

They are open to feedback and are responsive and I really like how they take their time to help you understand your request is being met.

We went from in house software to ultipro. I like the functionality and ease of access ultipro provides as a an end user.

We have enjoyed great flexibility in the way we create our files in it. The fact that it allows for different items to be added, things like the date, in a way suitable for each company is priceless.

UltiPro was nice as it had a suite of everything you'd need all in one platform. When set up appropriately, you can get some pretty good efficiency out of this product.

The menu is confusing and it can be hard to read. The paystub feature seems to have too much information that is unnecessary.

The biggest problem I have is with UltiPro is the customer service. I cannot believe the disregard for myself and the employees of my company.

They want to provide a great customer experience. It is nice they also have so many partners you can work with to ensure all your systems are integrated.

There are many out of the box reports pre-configured and you can build your own to meet your individual customized business needs. It's highly reliable and customer support is great.

OVERALL- This software gets the job done but it takes double the time with little to no customer service, horrible reporting and zero training that lead to daily headaches.

I like this new UltiPro payroll. All data is easy to retrieve, good to navigate through.
