Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like the functionality and if ever you need any help, their customer support is wonderful.
- I believe it is very user-friendly and has a great design. I'm not an administrator but some reports are shared to me and they are very clear and informative.
- I really like it from recruiting, performance management, time and attendance tracking, to benefits administration and storage everything is very good.
Cons
- I cannot see the total of vacation days that I have in a year, only the ones that have accumulated until the current moment, which is a horrible way of ovserseeing my leave.
- The people and how they cant help with any misunderstandings but instead cancel your account and destroy the company that you worked so hard on. Garbage un hearted people.
- We tried to use it for employee evaluations and it failed us miserably.
Pros
- We have extraordinary people going above and beyond everyday. Thanks to bucketlist we now have a voice where we can cheer together when our peers are rewarded for their part in our success.
- I would highlight that it is very easy to use both to give recognition to your teammates and when you want to get rewards for the points your teammates give you.
- The list of choices in the Experience Marketplace is Wonderful. I am able to pick the reward that best suits me, at the time, and best fits me.
Cons
- When multiple people assign points to a single post, it gets confusing to know how many points came from whom.
- On a few occasions I have forgotten and I Hate ending the week and losing out on an opportunity to reward someone.
- The internal battle when you do something that you think you should get recognized for that you don't.
