  • Pros

  • I like the functionality and if ever you need any help, their customer support is wonderful.
  • I believe it is very user-friendly and has a great design. I'm not an administrator but some reports are shared to me and they are very clear and informative.
  • We were impressed by the ease of use and implementation. It was an easy transition for our managers and employees and has impacted our HR processes for the better.
  • Cons

  • I cannot see the total of vacation days that I have in a year, only the ones that have accumulated until the current moment, which is a horrible way of ovserseeing my leave.
  • The people and how they cant help with any misunderstandings but instead cancel your account and destroy the company that you worked so hard on. Garbage un hearted people.
  • We tried to use it for employee evaluations and it failed us miserably.

  • Very easy to use with excellent features that exceeded my expectations and very good in price. It contains all what the employee needs and even more simple than any other HR solution.
  • Even our employees are loving to use the application with ease. We all are extremely happy to use the application with your continuous customer support.
  • The customization is amazing, the choices in what you can do is perfect for tailoring to different companies and makes it easy to set it up for what you need it for.

  • There were lots of buttons which were available to me, but navigating to them led to a "no access" pages. My first thought as a developer was, that it's a bad design.
  • At no point does anyone offer any assistance. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
  • The once things that I dislike the most is the delay in responses from Customer Support. There are many times where I have had to send multiple emails and days will go by before a response is given.
