Our experience with Beehire has been extremely positive. Before implementing Beehire, we were using an ATS that was slow, outdated, and often created friction in our daily recruitment activities. Since switching to Beehire, recruitment has become significantly more efficient, organized, and enjoyable. The platform is intuitive and requires very little training, allowing recruiters to become productive quickly. The recruitment process is clearer, faster, and easier to manage thanks to customizable statuses, visual pipelines, and automated communication tools. Candidate interviews and follow-up are much easier to coordinate, and document management is straightforward and centralized. Beyond the functionality, Beehire has also improved our employer branding through a modern career page that offers a better candidate experience and encourages more applications. The customer support team deserves special recognition for their responsiveness and willingness to help. From a value-for-money perspective, Beehire delivers excellent return on investment. It helps us save time, improve recruitment efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and streamline collaboration across multiple locations. In addition, the Beehire support team is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and always available when needed. #### Cons There are very few downsides. As with any new system, there is a short adaptation period when transitioning from another ATS, but the onboarding and support provided by Beehire made the process very smooth. Some advanced features may require initial configuration to fully match internal processes, but the platform's flexibility ultimately makes this a strength rather than a limitation. #### Reasons for switching to Beehire We decided to switch from our previous ATS because it was becoming a barrier to efficiency rather than a support for our recruitment activities. The system was slow, lacked flexibility, and no longer met our expectations in terms of user experience for both recruiters and candidates. Avec BeeHire, les recruteurs créent leur propre CVthèque qui permet de faire du sourcing. Fini les mails avec chaque candidat grâce à la messagerie intégrée. Système de multidiffusion des offres d’emploi non négligeable. En un clic, c'est publié sur différents sites d'emploi. Disponibilité de l'historique de chaque candidat. Outil de matching : dès qu'un candidat postule, Beehire nous informe de son taux de réussite grâce aux questions prédéfinies obligatoires dès le dépôt d'une candidature. La compatibilité avec différents outils comme les tests de personnalité (Assess First) ou des plateformes de questions en ligne (Docimo). Ajouter des Tags à l'infini pour filtrer les candidatures. #### Cons - Pas de système de recherche centralisant toutes les candidatures de toutes les campagnes. Exemple : impossible de retrouver un candidat uniquement sur base de son numéro de téléphone. - Par candidat : pas d'historique au niveau des statuts. Si la personne a été en entretien d'embauche puis est non retenue. Beehire retient qu'elle est éliminée. Pas de vision de son parcours dans le processus de recrutement.
