BenefitFocus is Great
More power to make better benefit decisions.
PROSGives you more power of your benefits and a centralized area. Your employees can see their old benefits and the usage they had. Gives them more power to make an informed decision.
CONSI really can't think of any except the price is pretty steep. The features of the product is very useful but you do pay for everything. You have to configure some yourself and if you want them to do it you have to pay more.

Comprehensive and easy way to enroll and change HR benefits
I use Benefitfocus to enroll and change healthcare and other benefits for my work. It's user friendly and visually appealing. It really could be used by anyone with even basic computer knowledge.
PROSI like how it presents all the options for benefits in a clear way including side-by-side comparisons. This was the easiest it's ever been for me to enroll in healthcare and other insurance benefits.
CONSIf you are dealing with an uncommon circumstance, the system does not always know what to do. However, it really does work well overall.

Hope you don't want help.
Nothing. It is very glitchy and noone will help fix it.
CONSVery disappointed in the support and program capability from Benefitfocus. We have been a customer for 5+ years and trying to get support from them is horrible. You will have a different account manager every couple of months who knows nothing about the previous problems, and isn't willing to figure them out. This system will leave you very disappointed and when you need support to fix what doesn't work they don't answer for months - if ever. And don't ever think they will be available via phone, everything is communicated through cases. I would steer clear of them.NONE. Thats our problem with them; they don't solve anything and don't answer in months - if ever.
