Betterteam is a cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) for small and midsize enterprises. Primary features include applicant sourcing, applicant tracking, a job-ad builder, email inbox management and job boards.

It allows users to post jobs on various job boards and advertise them on Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, SimplyHired and other websites. It provides a complete view of candidate credentials on a single screen that recruiters can review.

Betterteam can accept online applications, track candidates and manage email communications. The drag-and-drop designer and pre-built templates allows users to create job ads. It offers integration with Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft, Outlook and other email clients.

It is available for purchase on a monthly subscription basis. Android and iOS mobile applications are also offered. Support is offered via phone and email.

Simple and Organized

The customer support team is very diligent in checking- in on you and I appreciated that. Without their help, I might not have finished hiring as quickly as I would have wanted.

Great Support

Hiring the best candidate for a job position. The offer of a trail run and extended trail was very helpful to me. I do not have a budget for hiring at this moment but this experience help me to put that in my next budget

Pros

Betterteam for job postings and candidates

We used Betterteam looking for candidates for our high turn over entry level positions. It does seem to get exposure to job boards but the outcome was very small.

Pros

The most I liked about this software was that it seemed to be easy to use. It appears to have a large range of access to candidates.

Cons

The least I liked about the software was the page view. It was not very attractive to the eye.

Expediting the dreaded recruiting process. Simple, easy, productive. Loving it.

Pros

Finally! A platform to reach multiple recruiting avenues through one database! I was skeptical, until the applications started flowing in. Just..... THANK YOU!

Cons

You can scroll down the list applicants, but can scroll up the list (only a "next candidate" button available, no "previous" button. When you want to compare resumes, you have to exit to the main page, and then go back in. Not a big deal when looking at the overall functionality tho.
