Betterteam is a cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) for small and midsize enterprises. Primary features include applicant sourcing, applicant tracking, a job-ad builder, email inbox management and job boards.

It allows users to post jobs on various job boards and advertise them on Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, SimplyHired and other websites. It provides a complete view of candidate credentials on a single screen that recruiters can review.

Betterteam can accept online applications, track candidates and manage email communications. The drag-and-drop designer and pre-built templates allows users to create job ads. It offers integration with Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft, Outlook and other email clients.

It is available for purchase on a monthly subscription basis. Android and iOS mobile applications are also offered. Support is offered via phone and email.

I help make it easier to choose people, it is so easy to use that you can access most of the cover letters and resumes in a single day. The customer service of works excellent. It is very easy to use and the platform is easy to understand. The price is also very attractive.

Pros

Sending to several tables Ease of use, it is very simple you get a lot of answers because the ad goes to several places. You can add easily. More applicants are obtained. Very good that you email the resumes directly, makes the applicants easier to follow and organize.

Cons

None in the tests I do, I still do not have any complaints. You can improve the part by listing the starting salaries for the candidates. I think there is a better tool than this for this purpose.

we hired a new front desk receptionist using this software and I am hoping she is a member of our staff for years to come..

Pros

Easy to use, even for a novice. Allowed us to fully explain the position open and brought us a reach we would not have achieved otherwise. I had to switch out some of the content mid stream and this was very easy to do working with customer service.

Cons

Wished I could have added our logo to our post. I also had to utilize tech support to discontinue the post once the position was filled. It would be nice if you could do it yourself.

After you have set your platform, it's simple to use.
People really apply for jobs, I see it's effectiveness after a job post is accepted. So I think i'm Likely to use it again and I would recommend it to other people with small businesses who need immediate help with employees. Thanks betterteam

Cons

Trial time is not enough. At least a month of trial time so someone really get to see an impact rather than a week and then you have to upgrade to a paid plan.

Would've preferred to edit an existing job - vs. starting from scratch. Received lots of qualified candidates with resumes - so that made it easy for me to send to someone else to review.

Cons

Could have been made simpler - - to create job, should be able to edit - and just stop vs. cancelling.
So think some minor adjustments could be made.

I was able to fill 17 positions and it was so very easy to use.

Pros

Easy and user friendly. In one week I received over 200 Applicants and out of the 200 successfully filled 17 positions.

Cons

I really can't say, didn't have an opportunity to use it to it's full capacity. If I have more of an opportunity in the future maybe I can say what I like least.

Was able to hire a great candidate much more quickly than if I had to manage multiple job boards myself.

Pros

We needed to fill one position, so I used the one-week free trial. The interface was slick and easy. We got about 100 applications for an admin/bookkeeper position within a week. The applications were of varying quality, but that's nothing to do with Betterteam -- that's just the "click to apply" world we live in now. (About a tenth of the applicants bothered to write a cover letter -- come on people!) We were able to fill the position with a great candidate without going to a paid version, but next time we need to hire someone I'll definitely go back to Betterteam -- hopefully we'll start growing enough that we need the paid service!

Cons

I wanted to see which job site the applications came from, but I believe that feature is only available on the free plan.

Pros

The ease of one single point of entry and multiple avenues of exposure. Good check in and great support. Posting was simple and software was easy to navigate. Wonderful experience and will definitely use again.

Cons

There honestly wasn't anything that I did not like about this service and do not feel that there should be a minimum amount of characters required in any of the responses for the review.

Many candidates for the vacancy in my Subway store.

Pros

They check the your ad on grammar error, edit and format and make the ad nicer. Then they post it on many websites in internet. Results were amazing. Their service is professional.

Cons

You cannot edit the ad by yourself, for every change you need to contact the customer support, although they act within less than 24h.
