Excellent, the customer service team is always ready to help and very open to suggestions. My company gets funding quarterly and betterteam only offered monthly, 6 month and year options. It saves so much time only having to post on one platform. #### Cons I use a separate CRM to manage all of my leads so I can assign new applicants to recruiters. Although betterteam allows you to disposition applicants on the software. I really want the option to get a running spreadsheet of new application from all posted jobs. Amazing, something Indeed is not fond of, is the over paying customer getting customer service, no chance with Indeed. They use to be good, but in recent years have gone for a very greedy strategy that has annoyed me. The site itself is not easy to use, it is cluttered and has numerous errors when writing paragraphs, sentences, etc, etc, which then takes time to go in and correct. Highly annoying, I was constantly informing them that we continue to pay them money but still get no one looking into these highly aggravating issues. Their sales staff based in Ireland are aggressive, arrogant and inexperienced, not on my level of mentality what so ever and to add insult to injury, they are cocky and think they know what your business needs. Arrogance, cocky, aggressive attitudes from Indeed is why I am here. I despise Indeed and a lot of us do, so you have a chance to take them down, if you can get those of us who have been with Indeed for 15 odd years, now is the time to get us. GOOD LUCK. I am happy to look into a subscription service with you, your prices are very reasonable and your ranking is high. I have got few responses on the job postings but I haven't got a perfect matching candidate. I get quick applies from the candidates but unfortunately because of their irrelevant skill set I couldn't move forward with anyone. I really enjoyed the portal, easy job posting and fast responses.
