Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We love everything about this software. Its easy to use, easy to learn, they offer lots of training and customer service team is amazing

  • Great customer support. Unmatched customizable options. Very easy to use.

  • Cons

  • There are really no negatives about the software. Sure, there are a few things that could be tweaked here and there, but overall, I have been extremely pleased.

  • I'm not able to do my own merging of records and need the help of Customer Support. But they do a great job of getting it done for me quickly.

  • Pros

  • I like that it tracks balances of vacation days in real time. I like that I can access my paystubs from anywhere. It's convenient!

  • It is user friendly and allows people to correct their time sheets, leave notes, clock in and out, and is all-around very useful

  • Cons

  • Customer service is terrific, but could be more responsive at times. System bugs can take a while to resolve.

  • Customer support is generally very good, but if there is an urgent need for a top level support person, it can sometimes take a while.
