Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We love everything about this software. Its easy to use, easy to learn, they offer lots of training and customer service team is amazing

  • Great customer support. Unmatched customizable options. Very easy to use.

  • Cons

  • There are really no negatives about the software. Sure, there are a few things that could be tweaked here and there, but overall, I have been extremely pleased.

  • I'm not able to do my own merging of records and need the help of Customer Support. But they do a great job of getting it done for me quickly.

  • Pros

  • Love being able to keep up with daily task using this software, and being able to track who's completing these task with a time stamp is amazing

  • It works great at everyone being able to see schedules and being able to switch with someone or pick up extra shifts if needed

  • Cons

  • The back end of the site took a little while to learn. Settings and managing lists can be a bit confusing to find, but once you do, you don't forget it.

  • I would love if it would sync a little bit faster but considering how many devices our company uses its expected to have a bit of delay
