  • Pros

  • The best thing about the system is it being so easy to use and all of the automatic customer updates are the a fantastic addition.
  • Excellent always helpful and informative, all issues that arise are dealt with immediately and resolved.
  • Our overall experience has been very positive, from the costs saved by just using one system to having good quality help on hand everyday from the RoadCrew.
  • Cons

  • Up to date Sat Nav information can sometimes be delayed causing navigation problems for the drivers, again this is not a regular occurrence.
  • The lack of integration with accounting software but this is know sorted.
  • Set up was quite difficult, and the on boarding team were quite hard to contact, and responses from them with site development were quite slow.

  • I love the email automation. I set up follow up emails to customers after a certain amount of time and the return has been awesome.
  • Interface with Quickbooks is great - when there is any kind of integration problem, I get the notification and it tells me what I need to do to resolve. The support team has been awesome throughout.
  • So far I love how easy it has been to use and the support is absolutely amazing. Its so nice to know when I am out in the field I can manage everything from my app.
  • Cons

  • Has to be close to the worst interfaces for a company just because of the lack of customer support.
  • Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
  • Decision killer was the inability for expense tracking. This was a no go and I terminated the trial.
