  • Pros

  • The best thing about the system is it being so easy to use and all of the automatic customer updates are the a fantastic addition.
  • The Big Change team are great and will support you. If you are looking for a cost effective solution for your business I would recommend this.
  • Our overall experience has been very positive, from the costs saved by just using one system to having good quality help on hand everyday from the RoadCrew.
  • Cons

  • Up to date Sat Nav information can sometimes be delayed causing navigation problems for the drivers, again this is not a regular occurrence.
  • The lack of integration with accounting software but this is know sorted.
  • Set up was quite difficult, and the on boarding team were quite hard to contact, and responses from them with site development were quite slow.

  • We save paper, it is easy to use, excellent work planning tools and good use to the calendar it. Can be related to other platforms to maximize labor efficiency.
  • It was fantastic and I was ready to go after an hour from scheduling engineers to billing. The solution is super easy and they have responded very quickly to every question I have asked yet.
  • For our small team the software is very good. It gives me the opportunity to better manage our customer service and make the work more transparent to the customer.
  • Cons

  • It is an inconvenience to not be able to do both under the same user account.
  • Planning a bit awkward, no own mobile solution for the administrator.
  • Missing some features, for example can't search by serial number.
