Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very simple to set up. Intuitive interface without too many unnecessary bells and whistles. My staff finds it easy to use.

  • Very easy to use; interfaces with Outlook; the Bindle team is extremely customer service focused; great value for the money

  • Cons

  • Would be great if the Wallchart could be horizontal/timeline/gannt & allow full screen so it could be viewed on a tv monitor. Would allow us to visualise whos off better & for the whole year at once.

  • Could do with some improvements to the navigation for an admin, in particular the company settings although it all made sense in the end.

  • Pros

  • I loved the user experience and the way it allows you to measure progress on goals and responsibilities. The way that makes the info available it's a great value for the organization

  • We can ask review from any of our colleagues. We can get clear feedback from supervisor. We can schedule one on one from insights itself with peers.

  • Cons

  • The reporting function is slightly behind where I'd like it to be but I know that they are working on solutions for that.

  • Notifications after completing review would be added.
