Affordable and pretty easy to use. The ATS is a good product that is affordable and helps us source more easily especially for young professionals.

We have had a horrible time with Arcoro from the beginning. We were sold a service that was not available for us and forced to purchase more features.

Both for applicants and recruiters. When I used this system, I often wondered how many people abandoned the application mid-way through the process.

The system has sent out wrong dates and times for different interviews causing major confusion and scrambling on our end when a candidate shows up unexpectedly.

Sometimes, a few of our users complain about the system being slow. This often is a local problem with the IT system they are using.

It's easy to navigate throughout the site and it's well organized. The tools are very useful and user friendly.

Difficult for the site managers  to use. It is a program built for recruiters - not the common manager.

I like the recruiting portion to post jobs with ease when needed. But rarely needed for the price of the software.

The integration to job posting sites is a great feature.

Good program for managing company announcements, and personal goals.

Good record keeping- good customer service on phone- Good response time from our account manager- conference was also helpful.

The added integration of free job boards was one of the main reasons we selected the product and have had good results so far. Customer service is usually very fast and helpful.

We thought that the software was going to help us on board folks.

Every year when filling out my annual review, I would get automatically logged out, thus losing about an hour of work.

I really like how easy the system is to you. Support team did an excellent presentation.

Overall we have loved the partnership with Birddog.

Love this software in keeping track of our time and pto/vacation time. Very user friendly in between all of the screens.

BirdDog pays particular attention to our company's industry: construction. There is good value for the features and capabilities of the product, and they have a great sales and support team.

It seemed to do the job just fine, I felt like the overall user experience was good. I think the aesthetics of the website could have used some work, or an update at least.

Functionality is not as easy with limited user availability.

Price point, but now wish we spent a little more to have a working platform and support.

With this system I have automated every step of the life cycle of employees with the ease of which is an integrated, cloud-based system.

If we could do a per use price, it would be something we would like.

The downside of this software is that it does not include the module where you can plan an employee compensation.

We've had a problem with applicants that apply through Indeed Mobile; their resumes and attachments are not always coming through.

Ease of use, ability to format and customize for my specific needs, outstanding customer support and constant updates based on customer feedback.

Having BridDogHR, which specializes in the construction industry, is a huge help. They know our pains and do a great job addressing it with top notch services.

It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

Excellent product, great features and functionality for paid subscribers, integrates well with other platforms.

It makes it so easy to choose a template and edit the questions. I also love the layout of the results - they are easy to read at a glance and are formatted great.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.
