PROS

I really like the idea of getting bits (points) by achieving good results. Bits and perks are definitely my favorite features.

CONS

As a developer, I miss some documentation or public API so I can create an integration with bitPerk.

Como fui eu quem apresentou aos funcionários, consegui enxergar o quanto eles acham massa essa idéia. De ao fim poder estar retirando algum brinde e ver que seu trabalho gera mais benefícios.

PROS

O uso da plataforma é bem simples, qualquer usuário consegue estar utilizando. Claro, eles dão todo suporte necessário também. A ideia da plataforma é incrível, algo diferenciado e que tem muito haver com a forma que o mercado está evoluindo.

CONS

Alguns pontos a melhorar acredito que sejam novas features mesmo, onde poderá estar criando regras por épicos.

Solved our problem with time tracking

PROS

Support was super helpful in explaining everything and helping set things up. Everything is there to run things without intervention.

CONS

More perks would be nice. The more the merrier.
