  • Pros

  • The reporting feature is great for tracking experiences granted and those that have not been redeemed. I also like that it's simple and concise.
  • My favorite thing is how friendly the reps are. They are willing to do whatever (within limits) it takes to help you get the best experience.
  • Overall, Blueboard is an excellent product from a company with great customer service that is driven by an employee-centered value system. I highly recommend their service.
  • Cons

  • Some elements of the UX were confusing from an administration standpoint.
  • The concierge ended up booking the hotel 7 hours away from the hotel and never notified and general experience has been poor.
  • They're constantly iterating features and UI based on user feedback, so sometimes I'll login and not see an unexpected view.

  • We were very lucky to find LeaddSquared the other almost identical services at a fraction of the cost. Their customer service is fantastic and you really feel they want to help you grow your business.
  • As an agency, you can enjoy some fantastic features and benefits. Would highly recommend this software.
  • LeadSquared has been exceptionally good and has been evolving continuously to give us more features and options. My teams love the ease of use, the design and the continuously evolving new features.
  • Cons

  • Server issues most of the time. May loose the lead activities.
  • Fast in taking money - all advance for 6 months - prepaid - no option to really test for a month or 2 before you really buy their service. After Purchase no delivery of the end product.
  • Long Implementation and Setup Process, Poor Support.
