BlueSky helps users automate applicant tracking, recruiting, scheduling, credential and compliance management and payroll services. It also offers CRM (customer relationship management) and integrated vendor management system (VMS) capabilities.

#### Pros

This is a great program. It gives tests, and find out if you qualify for any of their medical positions. They can recruit and set up interviews all from this program.

#### Cons

There was really nothing that I didn't like about the program it's a pretty straight forward program.

It will Provide complete HR Solution Hiring Firing the complete judgement process for HR .where you can treat your medical staff.

#### Cons

Its live dashboard is one of the best feature where you can manage your users easy to use also on your android and on ios too.
