Pros/Cons
Pros
- Very remote/global-friendly. Pretty easy implementation, great support from their team during the selection & implementation process and even now when we need help with some issues/questions.
- Our management team likes the ease of requesting promotions and raises for the team, and everyone enjoys the visually attractive org chart.
- Time Off - its great that you can add holiday types, the visibility is really useful and great integration with Slack.
Cons
- Lack of options for shift patterns, still have a few problems occuring.
- Importing our data was an incredibly painful process. Now that that's done, the platform works OK.
- The filing of documents is difficult, and doesn't link to individual profiles.
Pros
- I love the idea of moving to a paperless system for my employees. Customer support is excellent - very helpful and approachable.
- Overall, a fantastic product and system. Very easy to use, and most importantly affordable for SME's.
- Integration of the system into our current day to day was easy and straightforward, and training was brilliant. The platform is really easy to use.
Cons
- The harassment from their sales team. I didn't appreciate the aggressive sales approach or the blackmail that followed, which was ultimately followed through with.
- Digging online it seems this is their sales tactic, no mention of it and getting people to sign + will only cancel if 80% of the contract remainder is paid.
- I am resentful of the time they have wasted but I did always want to try Breathe HR.
