Its helps create a more positive work environment and encourages appreciation across teams not just from managers. I als liked that recognition is visible to others, which helps celebrate achievements and contributions.

If employees aren't engaged the recognition can start to feel repetitive or less meaningful. I also felt that some reward options could be expanded and the notification volume can sometimes be a bit overwhelming if your company uses the platform heavily.
