  • Pros

  • Integration with Slack is great for our organization. Appreciate that everyone can participate and that the rewards offer something for everyone.
  • It's amazing to see how much everyone wants to acknowledge and appreciate other coworkers and the interface is wonderful.
  • Cons

  • At this point I have not run across any issues, that I am unhappy with.
  • I dislike how you have to select one of the preset hashtags in your comment.

  • Easy to use software, easy to learn, great functionality with great features for scheduling shift work.
  • This is a great tool to manage our bar staff. We have a lot of part time teachers and this helps bring transparency.
  • Cons

  • The mobile apps are terrible, to the point of unusability.
  • It's making it more difficult if staff starts to cancel shifts, than take it again, than drop it, so on.
