Integration with Slack is great for our organization. Appreciate that everyone can participate and that the rewards offer something for everyone.

At this point I have not run across any issues, that I am unhappy with.

It's amazing to see how much everyone wants to acknowledge and appreciate other coworkers and the interface is wonderful.

I dislike how you have to select one of the preset hashtags in your comment.

No real downside other than your firm pays for the service.

Can see the rewards, give and receive points. Also one can use it for vouchers or earn money, one can even easily send someone few points to reward themselves.

Bonusly lets me go beyond thank you. It allows me to reward those who help our office run well and those who keep our customers happy.

Having used this survey company for a little more than a year, currently I have no reason to look for another survey company to use.

The software can integrate with your official business social media accounts for formatted, easy to copy-paste posts to reach a wider audience.

I can tailor this app to my needs, it is very ease to use, reliable,  and customer service is amazing if  you  have any questions or concerns.

Getting a QR code was not as intuitive as SurveyMonkey, but their customer service easily bypassed this problem.

We found Sogo survey provided us with an amazing tool to help assess the social impact of what our NFP is doing.

Navigating between projects was a little confusing. Not all changes after test survey made it to the visual report but was available in data export.

The last upgrade to the website made it a little more confusing to navigate at first.
