We allow the staff to add additional goals for projects that come up during the month. #### Cons Sometimes I get lost in the setup of the Annual Goals. I am not convinced this is an accurate depiction of employee performance. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros I appreciate the value of performance software, and it does help the managers track the employee's performance. #### Cons I don't completely feel that it is an accurate depiction of the performance of an employee, especially when goals are set up in a general fashion. I do find the reporting to be vague when having to choose whether you think you "inspire others" or are "on track" or "behind." Does that really track an employee's true performance?
