  • Pros

  • For a small monthly payment, I now have the perfect system for my needs. I have been very impressed with the product and the technical support.
  • Its UI is easy to use and the featureset is constantly expanding. Their support team is fabulous and answers our minimal questions very fast and with ease.
  • Good integration with third party systems like Rota Cloud and Safety Cloud. Very good support including self service for managers and staff.
  • Cons

  • They illegally charged my account after cancelling their poor restrictive platform. I have emailed for resolution or explanation and been ignored.
  • There is no drag and drop functionality, integration with Office 365 or CRM and data cannot be exported en masses.
  • I also find it frustrating that the recruitment section does not seem to tell you an overview of how to use it, but you almost have to post something to work it out.

  • Customer support has been very helpful to us and he is always keeping up with the workflow. Overall it has been an AWESOME experience.
  • Jolt is amazing, I've used it with several companies that I have worked for and it is the only program I CONTINUALLY RECCOMEND. Great program and even better customer service.
  • The modular ability of being able to build what you need is great. Setting up pushes for the lists and forms at specific times is a great tool to help keep the team on track daily.
  • Cons

  • It can be difficult to delete a lost from the daily to-do checklist once it has been added.
  • This software can be a bit confusing to learn, including learning how to navigating through all of the features.
  • I thought I had walked into the wrong restaurant.
