Customization, scalability, fantastic support, ease of use, and results. The Breezy product has a great interface or UI for internal users (Recruiters & Hiring Managers).

Their customer service is great and they are super quick to respond to any questions and solve any issues. It has made my recruiting job a lot more fun and it has has helped me simplify the process.

Also dislike the BUG that occurs almost 100% of the time when scheduling mtgs -- the bug states 'ERROR' when no error has occurred.

Some of the automated features are great and help save time. When reviewing a high number of applicants, saving time is very important.

I like how when candidates reply to an email with attachment, the attachments are automatically stored as documents. But what I love most about Breezy is their support team.

Breezy HR is a great option for smaller teams. If a team is currently relying on their email for open positions, then they offer a free trial for one role which is awesome.

Some settings are too complex. When we delete an island and upload its information again, it gives an error.

I've used many Applicant Tracking Systems in my career, and I've been very pleased with Breezy. Opening and posting jobs is super fast and pipeline management is easy.

I thought we had a decent system before but Breezy's internal automation and the opportunity for integrations with other apps is saving us so much time and help us find the absolute best candidates.

The mobile apps are terrible, to the point of unusability.

Easy to use software, easy to learn, great functionality with great features for scheduling shift work.

It's making it more difficult if staff starts to cancel shifts, than take it again, than drop it, so on.

This is a great tool to manage our bar staff. We have a lot of part time teachers and this helps bring transparency.

Shiftboard allows our casual staff members access to shifts via an online portal, which is especially useful as these staff are very rarely in building (unless on-shift).

It's been a great experience so far and we will keep using Shiftboard in the future for sure.

It is an awesome program to get on and pick your days fast and be done.

My biggest complaint about Shiftboard when it was our primary scheduling software was that it felt clunky and dated.

So I like this to help me schedule my staff. Helps ke organize who needs different days and vacations and what times they can work.

I like how you can contact support with ease and the speed at which support gets back to you. I also like the interface.

While it definitely accomplished all the tasks we needed, the interface is dated and there are better tools available for less money.

The emails are screwed up if they are opened on Outlook. The availability screen is not by hours.

The software is fairly easy to use and intuitive for our instructors. There is not a lot of need for in-services.

The customer service has also improved a great deal since we have had the service. I would like the clock-in/ out and reports feature to improve.

Basic rostering software. There are rumours it will soon be integrated with events management software, which would boost these scores significantly.

It is very useful creatively made software. It helps to figure out the workers shift times mainly.

Ease of use Helpful staff and many features too numerous to list. Have used other similar sites and this is by far the best.

Allowing access to new people or new functionalities could get difficult.

ScheduleFlex helps make scheduling easier...once you learn how to use it.

We needed rostering software for our casual workforce. At the time of purchasing, this was the most suitable and cost effective for our needs.

The one issue with Shiftboard is that i find it difficult to navigate the user interface of the application. This could just be a personal struggle but it is a problem for me, nonetheless.

I like the ability to access schedules anywhere and quickly see notes about each shift, especially the notes section for shifts.

Shiftboard is extremely helpful for scheduling people, especially with larger groups where people might be scheduled in many different locations.
