Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love the idea of moving to a paperless system for my employees. Customer support is excellent - very helpful and approachable.
- Overall, a fantastic product and system. Very easy to use, and most importantly affordable for SME's.
- Integration of the system into our current day to day was easy and straightforward, and training was brilliant. The platform is really easy to use.
Cons
- The harassment from their sales team. I didn't appreciate the aggressive sales approach or the blackmail that followed, which was ultimately followed through with.
- Digging online it seems this is their sales tactic, no mention of it and getting people to sign + will only cancel if 80% of the contract remainder is paid.
- I am resentful of the time they have wasted but I did always want to try Breathe HR.
Pros
- It is very flexible and the reporting/analytical capabilities are great, so it's very easy to get information out of the system.
- Was pleasantly surprised by the product with good clean dashboards and very easy to use. Worth watching over the next year as it further develops its workflow capability.
- Compared to other systems I used this has the great advantage of a fair price for a good product, thus even the limits you face are ...fair.
Cons
- When an import fails, the error messages are not clear and sometimes you have to raise a support ticket to understand what the error message means.
- We have also uploaded the hard copy contents of over half our employee files and still, there has been no drop in performance.
- Never be afraid to ask - there really is no such thing as a silly question. Don't let the software's simplicity fool you - it's a comprehensive package, all round solution.
