  • Pros

  • The ease of use once I had been taught how to use it.
  • A range of useful information including holiday allocation/remaining, details of your time at the company, a calendar of holidays and absences in your team.
  • Cons

  • The sales person sold us on a 5 year contract that they said, in writing, we could break after 1 year if we wanted to, and would only need to pay 80% of the first year.
  • At first overwhelming but had someone come in and broke it down.

  • I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.
  • I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
  • Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.
