Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • the customer service is excellent and very responsive. even though I don't need it very frequently, they are great to work with

  • Love the flexibility that we get with BrightMove. Anything we are looking to do or add to the system, they work with us on getting setup and implemented. The support team is awesome!

  • Cons

  • The Bright move software could be a little slow, but overall it works well.

  • keeping up with the changes! While changes are good, I have trouble keeping up sometimes, then when I look for something I might not use all the time it's moved or gone or changed.

  • Pros

  • Love looking for jobs here--- quick and very updated

  • Extremely easy to use and post jobs. Very robust with a lot of communication and screening features. We've received a ton of qualified candidates.

  • Cons

  • Initially had an issue with incorrect time zones being sent to candidates when scheduling interviews causing some confusion, but that issue was worked out quickly.

  • The software is relatively new so there are some new features that need to be added but it would be great if they could include offer letters.
