Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • the customer service is excellent and very responsive. even though I don't need it very frequently, they are great to work with

  • Love the flexibility that we get with BrightMove. Anything we are looking to do or add to the system, they work with us on getting setup and implemented. The support team is awesome!

  • Cons

  • it is better than my IT skills . I get frustrated wishing I could know more do more . I wish I could email my entire data base not just 500 at a time. that would be very nice.

  • Not really sure if there is a feature that I do not like. The customer support has been very good as well. Not any negatives from my point of view.

  • Pros

  • This is a very easy product to use. It helps our sales team very much! This is a great way for us to track our daily goals and the team can see where they are at.

  • I like the functionality of the app. I like how you have the latino podcast which holds exclusive content with my fav artist.

  • Cons

  • There were some glitches in the beginning but they were fixed relatively soon after being discovered.

  • The points system doesn't seem to work very well for our role however seems to work great for the sales team.
