I have used BrightMove for almost four years and it has been a pleasant experience.

I do not have any problems with this software. Sometimes key words are difficult to use in order to search different resumes.

Brightmove is easy to use and provides all the bells and whistles we need with great customer service at a great price.

Takes a while to get used to the format. It could use more precise categories and seems to be a bit vague.

I like that BrightMove is very affordable for small business to take advantage of, yet does not skimp on the strong performance of Applicant Tracking Systems costing twice as much.

This is a great ATS and the IT suppport has been phenomenal.

Cons: I've had trouble with accidentally creating duplicate accounts at times.

They have a solid RPO model (as a reseller), great HR edition for Corporate use, and great integration points. Whether SSO log into partner sites, job posting capability, and/or social media sharing.

The ease of navigation and ability to enter pertinent information about applicants manuallymakes it seamless.

Unfortunately now if you accidentally hit the wrong button on your radius search you will lose the page you are on and all the progress that you have made.

It seems to be quite helpful was a tracking system and has several categories for recruitment. It allows for me to have the ease of several notations based on areas we find important.

The only negative I can think of is that the software is so customizable that at times you can get lost in the options and integrations.

There is not a single thing that i dislike about this software.

They have a really good product for the price point, and it has all the functionality that I need. During the trial period (and even since then) their customer service response has been very fast.

If you are going to want to see who is committing the most code or who is the most active this is nice.

We have run a few team games on Spinify and they have been good for motivation and morale. The Slack integration has been very valuable.
