I have used BrightMove for almost four years and it has been a pleasant experience.

I do not have any problems with this software. Sometimes key words are difficult to use in order to search different resumes.

Brightmove is easy to use and provides all the bells and whistles we need with great customer service at a great price.

Takes a while to get used to the format. It could use more precise categories and seems to be a bit vague.

I like that BrightMove is very affordable for small business to take advantage of, yet does not skimp on the strong performance of Applicant Tracking Systems costing twice as much.

This is a great ATS and the IT suppport has been phenomenal.

Easy to start, easy to learn to use, and limitless options to customize yourself.

Cons: I've had trouble with accidentally creating duplicate accounts at times.

They have a solid RPO model (as a reseller), great HR edition for Corporate use, and great integration points. Whether SSO log into partner sites, job posting capability, and/or social media sharing.

Great software that's affordable and customizable.

If you are looking for a nice, affordable database with awesome customer service, I would check them out.

The ease of navigation and ability to enter pertinent information about applicants manuallymakes it seamless.

Unfortunately now if you accidentally hit the wrong button on your radius search you will lose the page you are on and all the progress that you have made.

It seems to be quite helpful was a tracking system and has several categories for recruitment. It allows for me to have the ease of several notations based on areas we find important.

The only negative I can think of is that the software is so customizable that at times you can get lost in the options and integrations.

It is very easy to navigate and use and it has great features for top recruiting needs. Its great to have a system where you can rely on.

The software is very easy to use and to navigate around.

It's a small price to pay for the added functionality, but can be frustrating when trying to fix your issue.

I liked it's ability to easily integrate with my website. They gave me money back is probably the biggest positive.

I love BrightPays ability to be integrated into other CRM platforms.

Simple to use, the level of Customer Service is fantastic and very cost effective for small businesses such as Spenart.

Easy set up, good support, great functionality, good reporting and payslip production, good employee database.

Another benefit is that it emails PDF payslips all at once. Integrates with HMRC for RTI, and also for coding notices which is great.

A comprehensive software that is simple to use. As a small employer, I think this is an excellent product and it is provided free of charge until you have more than three employees.

Bright pay is an easy to use payroll software. It covers auto enrolment for pensions and statutory payments and provides vey good and helpful customer support and an easy to read online help page.

I use the one-company free version and for free it is absolutely brilliant. I find it very easy and intuitive to use (especially as I am not a payroll expert).

Less description and I never found it useful. Auto Enrolment function is not straight forward, most of the time so get error message for unsuccessful submissions.

This will discourage the customers to directly contact their area managers and wasting their time. Customers can provide feedback and acknowledgment of their tickets.

Some years later I am very happy to report that BrightPay fully does the job, is easy to use, and are happy to answer any questions one might have.

I have recommended this product because of great customer service and ease of use,  having switched from sage some three years ago, and my friends are now using it and thank me all the time.

I initially talked to some of the BrightPay staff at a seminar for bookkeepers and they were very helpful; I've only had to contact the helpline once during conversion and they were brilliant.

I like the help from BrightPay which can be found on their website and I have emailed for assistance and this has been a clear quick response both times.

Having used HMRC's own system for a number of years (and I found it absolutely dreadful), I decided to bit the bullet and make the switch.

And best of all was the price, we have saved hundreds of pounds over the last few years thanks to this great software.
