Manage Compensation or Throw Money Away

It has been great. The team at Brilliant HR is always available and always willing to help. I get very quick responses when help is needed and solutions are also quick to follow.

PROS

The software allows us to manage compensation within the limits of our budget. It allows us to manage each associate and ensure they are addressed each year. The software is simple to use. The software is intuitive and requires very little if any training.

CONS

The user interface graphics are a bit outdated. I would also like to see easier custom reporting features. There are many reports available, but having the ability to customize more finely tuned reports would be helpful without the help of customer support.

Reason for choosing Brilliant HR Compensation Management

I found Brilliant HR Compensation Management to be exactly what we needed to manage compensation. The ability to use the simplest features without overcomplicating the process is a major factor in the decision. Many providers complicate a non-complicated process. Brilliant HR does not. Brilliant HR has the ability to be more complex if needed, but for our purposes the simple solution has saved millions of dollars each of the past three years by allowing us to manage and monitor total compensation spend.
