### Most mentioned pros

- Bucketlist is a great way to encourage recognition and engagement - it helps people to feel like what they do matters and allows others to show the impact it has on them.
- The bucketlist provides a great opportunity for leadership to engage with staff, staff with staff, a long with options, user interface, employee engagement, & customization
- The platform combines peer‑to‑peer recognition, manager-led awards, global rewards catalogs, and automated milestone celebrations—all within an intuitive, social-style interface.

### Most mentioned cons

- With the gift cards a lot of times you have to get 2 different cards to use your 50pts, due to the fact that there is not a 50pt card.
- I wish I could put in a custom amount on the gift cards. Since most online stores do not allow 2 different payments methods ,so I find myself not using the full amount on my gift card.
- The only thing I don't like about Bucketlist is when I redeem my reward points, I have to use so much of it, just to get a gift card worth a lesser dollar amount.

I use it on a monthly basis to both send, and claim rewards. It's easy to use, accesible and with a wide variety of rewards.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The fact that they are constantly upgrading the rewards while taking internal feedback into account.

#### Cons

The fact that they added a fee for claiming Paypal rewards, and this can't be bypassed. Also, contrary to their way of doing things, this is not something that was shared with the end users.

#### Cons

I haven't had a hiccup as of yet. I wish we could cash in points when we don't use them up. Like for gift cards. That is the only thing that I would like to use the points. Other than that everything is good.

### Bucketlist Review

- Company size: 51-200 employees
- Product usage: Used monthly for less than 2 years
- Reviewed: July 2023
- Review source details: This review was submitted organically. No incentive was offered

The reward system is fair but if we can have more ways to accrue the points, there would be at least some more motivation to participate in the program.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 2/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

I enjoy being able to show co-workers how much they are appreciated and that they are not forgotten.

#### Cons

The limits in the amount of points we are able to award our co-workers. Eight points per month barely scratch the surface for the amount of hard work we put in and does no justice for the devotion we put in to the company.

### Bucketlist

- Reviewer: Verified Reviewer
- Verified reviewer: Yes
- Industry: Hospitality
- Company size: 201-500 employees
- Product usage: Used daily for less than 12 months
- Reviewed: June 2026
- Review source details: This review was submitted organically. No incentive was offered

My overall experience with Bucketlist has been positive. It has been useful in promoting recognition and engagement within teams by making appreciation more structured and consistent. The platform helps improve workplace morale and encourages a culture of acknowledgment. While there is a slight learning curve initially, once implemented, it becomes a valuable tool for employee engagement and recognition programs.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Bucketlist is a strong employee recognition and engagement platform that makes it easy to acknowledge achievements and motivate team members. The interface is simple and user-friendly, allowing employees and managers to quickly send recognition and rewards. The points-based reward system encourages positive workplace culture, and the notifications help ensure recognition is visible and timely. It also supports customization based on company values, which strengthens alignment with organizational goals.

#### Cons

Some features may require time to fully understand, especially for new users or teams implementing it for the first time. Depending on company configuration, reward options and redemption processes can feel limited. Integration with payroll or HR systems may also vary, which can affect how smoothly rewards are managed in some organizations.

### A Valuable Recognition Tool for NFL Employees

- Overall rating: 5/5
- Reviewer: Benjamin H.
- Verified reviewer: Yes
- Industry: Sports
- Company size: 1001-5000 employees
- Product usage: Used monthly for less than 2 years
- Reviewed: March 2026
- Review source details: This reviewer was invited by the software vendor to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive as a thank you.

Overall, I think Bucketlist Rewards has been a positive addition and a smart choice for employee recognition at the NFL.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I was really happy to see the NFL follow through with the Bucketlist Rewards program after employees had shared ideas in surveys about wanting more recognition opportunities. It was a great decision by the company. The program gives employees a meaningful way to recognize their coworkers. That is especially valuable because, if you are not a manager, you do not always have many formal ways to show appreciation for a colleague’s hard work. I also really like how personalized the recognition posts can be. Being able to add a message, a fun GIF, or an image makes it feel more genuine and engaging rather than generic. The redemption process has also been easy and simple, especially when redeeming gift cards. That part has felt smooth and user-friendly.

#### Cons

One thing I would love to see is more reward points available to give out each month, since it would allow for even more recognition across teams. I also am not a huge fan of only being able to redeem in blocks of five, though I understand there is probably a reason for that structure.

### Excellent service

My overall experience with a bucket list feels both exciting and challenging. On one side, it gives me motivation to try new things, explore different places, and make meaningful memories. It adds a sense of purpose and something to look forward to. On the other side, it can sometimes feel stressful, especially when goals take time, money, or effort to achieve. I’ve learned that it’s important not to rush or treat it like a strict checklist. Instead, I see it as a flexible guide that helps me enjoy life more while still appreciating the present moment and the small joys along the way.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

A bucket list is exciting because it gives life direction and something to look forward to. I like how it encourages trying new things, visiting new places, and stepping out of comfort zones. It makes ordinary days feel meaningful because you are working toward special experiences. A bucket list can include simple wishes like learning a new skill or big dreams like traveling the world. It also helps create memories with friends and family. Most importantly, it reminds us that life is short, so we should enjoy it fully and make time for the things that truly matter to us.

#### Cons

What I don’t like about a bucket list is that it can sometimes create pressure. People may feel stressed trying to complete everything quickly instead of enjoying the moment. It can also make life feel like a checklist rather than a natural journey. Sometimes, comparing bucket lists with others can lead to feeling left out or not good enough. Also, big goals may need money or time, which is not always possible for everyone. This can make some people feel disappointed. Instead of focusing only on future goals, it’s important to also appreciate small, everyday moments and be happy with what we already have.

My overall experience with Bucketlist has been excellent. I love that you’re recognized with points not only for your hard work but also for special occasions like birthdays and work anniversaries. It’s a great way to celebrate and feel appreciated. One of the standout features is the ability to recognize other departments and coworkers, helping to build a stronger, more connected team culture. The platform truly encourages people to go above and beyond by offering meaningful incentives. I especially enjoy being able to redeem points at popular stores or even on a Visa gift card, which offers a lot of flexibility. Plus, the gift cards are delivered quickly and work seamlessly both online and in-store. Bucketlist has definitely made recognition more rewarding and engaging in the workplace.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 3/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What I liked most about Bucketlist is the ability to redeem gift cards and earn points for hard work, allowing you to put those rewards to good use. I also appreciate the option to share points with coworkers as a way to recognize and thank them for a job well done. Plus, there’s a great variety of excursions and other exciting prizes to choose from when redeeming points.

#### Cons

What I liked least about Bucketlist is that it takes a long time to accumulate enough points, and some of the prizes can be quite expensive. Could use more than 100 points to give to co workers each month.

Very user friendly- it is so easy to navigate through the website weather you are posting something or redeeming something. The value of the experiences and gift cards are great! You can keep it as simple as a $10 gift card or go up to $100. There are a few recognitions that can be given to your co workers which is nice because that means you have multiple options.

#### Cons

I really have no issues with this website. I guess it would be cool to be able to post a photo with my recognition (not sure if that is something I can do now)

I love how getting gift cards are so easy as well as there being sooo many to choose from. Bucket list did an amazing job with all of the designs for my company's gear. #### Pros

The best thing about the bucket list was receiving gift cards as well as receiving recognition from other coworkers. I like that we were able to be notified through email for bucketlist points.

I have no dislikes that I can think of. Everything was great, the value of the gift cards was great.
