If i cannot get that 25.00 card I would appreciate being able to pick another gift for equal value. ### Most mentioned cons - I wish I could put in a custom amount on the gift cards. It is also a great way to give a shout out to your employees or coworkers. Really helps build workplace moral. #### Cons As a manager I have received this feedback from a few employees. With the gift cards a lot of times you have to get 2 different cards to use your 50pts, due to the fact that there is not a 50pt card. So they have to print a 40pt card and then print a separate 10pt card. If you are celebrating someone it takes just a few moments. The ability to add pictures and gif are a bonus to represent how you feel. Even the redemption process is quick and easy depending on what you choose. Clear communication in the process and when you should receive your redemption choice. #### Cons It would be nice to be able to leave an emoji or photo when replying back to the acknowledgement you received.
