Always positive when locked out support team was helpful and PTO time always reported accurate.

It is nice to be able to have a record of your actual hours of PTO available. It is nice to have a record of when you used time and for what incase there is any questions.

My overall experience with Built for Teams has been very positive, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to create a seamless process for handling PTO company wide.

I would say the only negative of the website is the calendar it is slightly confusing.

It's very user friendly and also easy to view. I particularly enjoyed the chart of scheduled balance which lays out everything that I still have left outstanding.

Overall the sight gets the job done fuss and worry-free. For the price, I think this product is competitive and a great tool to help any companies HR department run more efficiently.

We were looking for something that could accomplish a few goals to manage the PTO for a distributed team in different countries and Built for Teams had everything we wanted at a great price.

Its okay, but it needs to be integrated into a system for live updates.

The additional tools have made it much more user friendly than our previous method or tracking time off. Love being able to track down anyone in the entire company with  an easy to use resource.

It is cost effective and gets the job done. I love that the users can monitor their own account and it cuts down on calls and manually tracking.

It's super easy for me to submit a request and very easy to approve my employees straight from the email, I don't have to log in to approve it.

I cannot edit time off requests if I make an error. It is also very difficult to view the calendar with so many people on it.

It's other features at least in my company were very limited and it was frustrating to have to log into a separate system for different HR purposes.

The way that the system allows you to select your off hours while accounting for a lunch period is pretty amazing.

I don't like that you cannot adjust or cancel a request; you have to go through an administrator for both of these situations.

It is simple and easy to use. I like how I get email notifications and that I can clearly see the history of days taken off.

Built for Teams is easy to use. I do wish it had the option to integrate to Outlook calendars but, overall a very easy to use time management system.

As someone who both approves and sends requests, I love how quickly I can do both.

Sometimes we have problems with synchronization, the application on the phone does not synchronize and the time is calculated poorly.

Overall, I was happy with the system. It allowed us to gain control and have visibility over when and where people were clocking in and out, which previously had not been monitored or controlled.

The layout is easy and intuitive. The ability to be mobile is fantastic.

Nothing special to keep me using the app, just grew bored and lazy of experimenting with this type of things.

I'm still unsure about ClockShark's billing. Our hourly staff turnover is relatively high and getting charged for a month of services for a person who left after three days seems costly.

There have also been times when an employee clocks in or out on their mobile app and it doesn't sync with the program. Most of the time this happens in locations with poor cell or internet service.

The gps tracking feature is great when you have an employee out in the field who has mechanical issues...he/she can be easily tracked to quickly receive any help needed.

The reports generated are amazing which helps you give a better insight into your business and makes Payroll day so much more easy.

The greatest quality of the app is the customer service and the flexibility the app provides to both the company and the employees.

The GPS functionality is the amazing part. Having that combined with an updated time card system is great.
