Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It's super easy to use! I can manage it for the company without using a lot of my time!

  • Overall very easy to use, easy tracking and good reporting

  • Cons

  • Some of the interfaces still need some tweaks. Nothing major, but some catching up. The flow of the system could be better. Again, not major, but could use upgrading.

  • Nothing I don't like, but I believe it could do more than what we use it for. Could possibly be used to reviewed, disciplinary tracking, attendance, etc.

  • Pros

  • I like the fact it can do pretty much anything you need it to do.

  • I like how everything is neatly organized and easy to find. I also like how you can customize your screen to show only what you need to avoid screen clutter.

  • Cons

  • Cost per user was a but high, but understandable.

  • Call center implementation is very expensive, but you also get what you pay for. More recently there are bugs of users numbers not routing correctly.
